Bruna's Ristorante

I really wanted to like this place because from the neighborhood to the interior of the restaurant it had the feel of an old school place. Unfortunately the food fell short my pasta was slightly over cooked and heavily sauced, my wife gnocchi was very overcooked. My salad was good as was the bruschetta and grilled calamari. I would be willing to give it another shot but didn’t me expectation the first time around. Sorry

My girlfriend loved the squid ink linguine and would of course drive back all the way to the city for it! For desserts, we got the Sardinian Ricotta and Saffron Cake, it was perfect. A flavorful, light dessert that didn't feel too heavy but was suffice for the sweet craving. As far as ambiance--it gave me a romantic/ intimacy vibe. It is a cute little small place so it's intimate for two or even a small group of 6 would still fit perfectly at this restaurant. If you want to come here just for a small bite and a glass a wine-- feel free to! They also have bar seating!

This is the real deal. Few things have changed at Bruna's which is a wonderful thing. I haven't been for much too long and longer than I care to admit. The experience was far better than I had even remembered. The service was excellent and the food was far better. We loved the mushroom truffle ravioli and the deserts were even better we had two. The tarimaso and a pistachio cheesecake. Both were light and creamy and full of favor an excellent end to a delicious meal. The wine list is great too.

Amazing food. Good place to eat. Good wait staff. Elegant. You will not be disappointed.

Neat little family restaurant way off the beaten path in the middle of a residential neighborhood. Terrific food, great service, very reasonable prices. We'll be back!
