BomboBar Old Town - Chicago
An offshoot of the original walk-up storefront located adjacent to the West Loop's Bar Siena, BomboBar can now be indulged in Old Town. The much larger venue's menu goes far beyond "bomboloni," or Italian hole-less doughnuts," and over-the-top shakes. Guests will also find burgers, pizza by the square and crispy chicken sandwiches on the menu.
BomboBar is from the team behind Italian-focused favorite Siena Tavern as well as Prime & Provisions, Public House and Barrio. There are several boozy options, which guests may serve themselves by the ounce. Choices include rose, red wine and vodka lemonade.
Desserts beyond the signature bomboloni--which may be dressed up with vanilla bean custard, raspberry and Nutella--range from house-made gelato and gelato sandwiches to chocolate shakes made with CBD.
