Biaggi's Restaurante Italiano-Naperville

The food was excellent. The service even better. My wife left her to go bag there and did not realize until we were leaving the parking lot. I went back in and thought it was too late. Although the table was cleared the Store Manager “Katrina” saw an opportunity to be kind and had one made to go. So unexpected. So appreciated. Biaggi’s you have my loyalty!!!

My husband took me here for my birthday. First time and definitely the last. What a disappointment! The food was just awful. I ordered the Chilean sea bass and it was undercooked, and hard as a rock. I couldn't even cut it with the knife. I sent it back and asked for some soup, which wasn't that good either but slightly better. The lunch menu also had a caramel apple cheesecake as an option which we decided to try out. When it was brought to us it was warm and floating in a bed of caramel. We found out soon after we took a bite that it was bread pudding. It was actually pretty good considering. We will not be ever going back here again. I'd rather eat at olive garden or the cheesecake factory any day!

Biaggi's has a great atmosphere, a phenomenal menu, and great prices. The short rib ravioli is among the best entrees I've ever had at any restaurant, and their Pronto Packs are an excellent option when you're looking to pick up a meal for a family of 4. I also highly recommend the fried calamari, I get it every time I dine in! There are really too many great food options to list in one review. The servers are well-informed, patient, courteous, and often charming. Ask them for a recommendation and you won't be disappointed!
