The baked goods are amazing and they make great coffees too. However whenever I ask a question about anything or call a baked good by the 'wrong' name I get attitude from the staff. Have been there many times and the lack of signs by the food combined with the condescending attitude make me question going back. Go here for the pastries and coffees but don't expect warm service.

Absolutely AMAZING iced caramel mocha! One of the best I've had. You can taste the many flavors but they don't clash! They're each distinct and hold their own. Service is good, atmosphere is lively but quiet enough to get work done! They have an outdoor patio and beautiful views of the neighborhood full of pedestrians and locals

All of their bread is absolutely amazing. Amazing. Great coffee and great sandwiches. They sometimes have these baked crisp egg things that are beyond outstanding. Great staff too. One of the best places in my neighborhood.

I drove six hours to take the croissant class with my daughter. Bill was a fantastic teacher, very willing to share his knowledge and expertise. The croissants were incredible- warm, flaky and utterly delicious. We would love to come back and take the bread class. Highly recommended!

I was happy to find a sandwich shop - bakery at this location so my wife and I came here for lunch at 1pm. They were out of half the sandwich varieties. My wife had a portabella sandwich, which she said was good. I rated food as poor - fair as they simply didn't have lunch items at lunchtime on a weekend. I also had coffee. The flavor was good, but the coffee was weak and cold. And I didn't like getting a piece of angle hair spaghetti to stir coffee as it broke immediately attempting to stir coffee. Decor is very good. Prices are very high and service was disinterested. We then went somewhere else so I could have lunch.

I live right around the corner and I LOVE stopping by on my way to work in the morning!! The bread is freshly baked always, and the selection of cheeses is fantastic! The staff is always very helpful, and knowledgeable about the product they carry! The outdoor seating is a huge plus whenever the weather is good enough for it! They do classes as well!

I've been in here quite a few times and have had a pleasant experience each time. I even conducted a business meeting here late one afternoon. There aren't a ton of tables, enough to seat 14 or so inside, so there's a risk there won't be an open table when you show up but that also means a less crowded and more pleasant environment. Plus, there is a great outdoor seating area if weather permits. The bread is amazing, the selection of cheeses and meats is always fun, sandwiches made fresh and delicious daily, and great coffee to top it off. Whether you dine in or take out, this is a great place to stop.
