Lettuce Entertain You's former food court has been transformed into a trendy food hall, courtesy of Brendan Sodikoff's Hogsalt Hospitality (Au Cheval, Maude's Liquor Bar, Doughnut Vault).
Aster Hall boasts more than a dozen original and locally produced food and drink concepts. In 22,000 square feet of the 900 Shops' fifth and sixth floors, the vaults include Small Cheval, Green Street Smoked Meats and 3 Greens Market, plus concepts offering tacos, Detroit-style pizza, lobster rolls, Chicago-style hot dogs, gourmet doughnuts, sushi, coffee and rotisserie chicken.
The food hall is an ideal fit for the upscale 900 Shops, on the famed Magnificent Mile shopping district. Highlighted retailers include MaxMara, Michael Kors, Gucci, Karen Millen and L. K. Bennett.
