SmallBar's sipper promises to shake you awake with tequila and cava.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz. tequila
- 1/2 oz. Hum
- 1/2 oz. Combier orange liqueur
- 1/2 oz. lime cordial
- 4 drops bitters
- Castellar Cava
Directions
Add all ingredients, shake, strain, top with cava and garnish with lime wheel. The cocktail was created by SmallBar Division's Craig Hiljus.
