Here's a simply delicious Asian take on the classic Hot Toddy.
2 oz sweet potato shochu
1 tbsp caramel dream pu-erh tea
1/2 oz spiced winter syrup
Barspoon Galliano Ristretto Liqueur
6 to 8 oz warm water
Caramel-infused aged pu-erh tea by Rare Tea Cellar is brewed into earthy sweet potato shochu, house-made winter spiced syrup adds layers of cinnamon, nutmeg, vanilla and winter citrus while the ristretto liqueur rounds things out with a note of rich espresso. The Terrasueno is brewed tableside and served in a French press-style tea pot.
