Sowing Wind Punch

Looking to amp up your holiday celebration with something a little different? Boka head mixologist Benjamin Schiller creates a special NOLET’s Silver Dry Gin punch that everyone's certain to love.
Ingredients
- 12 oz. NOLET’s Silver Dry Gin
- 3 oz. Creme de Violette
- 6 oz. simple syrup
- 8 oz. lime juice
- 20 drops Hedysarum water (may substitute any good quality floral water)
- 5 grapefruit wheels
- 3 orange wheels
- 1 lime wheel
- 1 bottle of cava
Directions
Combine all liquid ingredients in a punch bowl, add large carved ice, decorate with fruit wheels. Created by Boka head mixologist Benjamin Schiller.
