Peach Cobbler Martini

This "mom-inspired" elixir comes from Signature Room slinger Jesse Bivens. The Peach Cobbler Martini reminds him of home-cooked holiday meals, which of course included his mother's delicious peach cobbler. Cinnamon Vanilla Baileys paired with Pinnacle Peach Cobbler Vodka help make it almost as good as the real thing.
Ingredients
1 oz Pinnacle Peach Cobbler 1 oz Vanilla Cinnamon Baileys 1 oz Peach Schnapps 1 oz Half and Half Cinnamon sprinkle garnishDirections
In a cocktail shaker, combine ice, Pinnacle Peach Cobbler, Vanilla Cinnamon Baileys, Peach Schnapps and Half and Half. Shake and pour into a martini glass. Sprinkle ground cinnamon over the top.
