The One-Thumbed Gypsy is savory, with a touch of OJ, bitters and a piece of shrimp to snack on while waiting for your table.
- 1 1/2 oz. Leblon Cachaça
- 1 oz Red-pepper/saffron syrup
- .75 oz Lemon juice
- 1/4 oz Orange juice
- 3 drops Moroccan bitters
Shake ingredients with ice. Strain into chilled old-fashioned glass. Garnish with a red pepper slice and shrimp. The cocktail is available during brunch at Tavernita.
