This seasonal sipper is a slam dunk. After hours of shopping on the Mag Mile, you'll want to slip inside Michael Jordan's lounge and indulge in this exotic version of an egg nog tthat's amped up with whiskey, madeira and house-made molasses.
- 1.5 oz Pig's Nose scotch whisky
- .75 oz house-made molasses falernum
- .75 oz Boston Bual madeira
- 1 whole egg
- 2 dashes Fee Brother's whiskey barrel aged bitters
Combine all ingredients in shaker and vigorously shake "dry" (without ice) for 15 seconds. Add a scoop of ice and shake vigorously for 15 seconds. Strain into chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a cinnamon stick. The cocktail was created by bartender Pat Heneghan and is available at Michael Jordan's Steak House.
