Just because the holidays have rolled around again doesn't mean you have to drink the same old thing. Sepia's Josh Pearson has created a one-of-a-kind concoction that you'll be tempted to drink all year long.
- 1.5oz Lairds Bonded Apple Jack
- 1oz ruby port
- 1oz Blackstrap rum
- dash Bittermens tiki bitters
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
Stir and strain onto big ice cube. Garnish with an orange twist. The cocktail was created by Sepia head mixologist Josh Pearson.
