A specialty vodka cocktail with a view? That's what is in store at the Signature Room at the 95th Restaurant, which celebrates the holidays with the festive Godiva Chocolate Martini. It's ideal if you've got a sweet tooth.
- 1 oz Bailey’s Irish cream
- 1 ½ oz Pinnacle whipped cream vodka
- 1 oz Godiva chocolate liqueur
- Chocolate syrup
Put Bailey's Irish cream, Pinnacle whipped cream vodka and Godiva chocolate liqueur in chilled shaker; shake. Pour in chilled glass and garnish with chocolate syrup. The cocktail was created by the Signature Room at the 95th Restaurant's general manager, James Kuehner.
