1 oz Torres 10 year brandy
1/2 oz Benedictine
1/2 oz North Shore vodka
1 oz Allspice-infused brown sugar simple syrup
1 each egg

In a shaker, combine brandy, Benedictine, vodka, syrup and egg. Shake without ice unti
frothy. Add ice and shake again until chilled. Strain into Collins glass over ice. Top with a splash of half and half and a splash of club soda. Garnish with fresh grated cinnamon.
