Dickens in the Park
One of the sexiest cocktail lounges in the Loop, Henri showcases "Dickens in the Park," a bourbon-based sipper made exotic with amaro and cherry vanilla bitters.
Ingredients
- 1.5 ounces Buffalo Trace bourbon
- .75 ounces Dolin sweet vermouth
- .25 ounces Averna amaro
- 5 drops Bittercube cherry vanilla bitters
Directions
Stir until chilled and strain into coupe glass. Garnish with oil from lemon peel. Created by Henri bartender Clint Rogers.
