With rhubarb season upon us, the fresh Crimson Clover cocktail dominates the summer menu at Gather.
Ingredients
2 oz. Junifero Gin 3/4 oz. fresh rhubarb-strawberry syrup 3/4 oz. fresh lemon juice 1 egg white Fresh mint for garnish (optional)Directions
Combine all ingredients and shake vigorously. Pour into a coupe and garnish with mint, if desired.
