Signature Lounge bartender Patrick Gibellina says he wanted to create a cocktail that would excited guests about the changing of seasons. His Bourbon Apple Spice, a warm elixir, contains some of the best elements of the holidays.
Ingredients1 oz Jim Beam Maple Bourbon ½ oz Thatcher’s Apple Ginger Spice 6 oz apple cider (served hot or cold) Cinnamon stick garnish
In a tall coffee mug, combine Jim Beam Maple Bourbon, Thatcher’s Apple Ginger Spice and warm apple cider. Stir ingredients and add a cinnamon stick as garnish. To make the drink cold, simply substitute cold apple cider and fill the glass with ice before adding the other ingredients.
