Piece Pizzeria & Brewery continues its guest chef pizza series with a particularly salacious one from Stephanie Izard (Girl & the Goat, Little Goat) this one. Her Little Goat Pizza is a red pie with goat chili, pickled peppers, cheddar, goat spice, and sour cream. Even better, 10% of proceeds from the pizza this month benefit local chef charity, Pilot Light. So eat up for a good cause.


 

National Pisco Day at Nacional 27

National Pisco Day takes place Saturday, February 7, and no better place to celebrate the South American spirit than River North's spirited Latin standby, Nacional 27. The bar and restaurant is pouring one out for the holiday by featuring cocktails made with Pisco Porton from 4:00 p.m. until 3:00 a.m. Available for $10 each, drinks include a classic Pisco Sour made with Pisco Porton, egg whites, and bitters, and a Pisco Smash with muddled grapes, lemon juice, white wine, and Pisco Porton. Come 11:00 p.m., the dance floor features the salsa and meringue stylings of DJ X. For table reservations call Nacional 27. 

Sunday Supper at Table fifty-two

Brunch goes by too quickly on Sundays. Thankfully, you have restaurants like Table fifty-two adapting the Sunday Supper formula for all-day diners who would prefer to sleep in and relax a bit more. Table fifty-two's newly implemented Sunday Supper menu is available from 10:00 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. featuring a mix of both brunch and dinner items. Along with the restaurant's famed chicken and waffles, there's dishes like breakfast pizza, crab cake Benedict, braised short ribs, shrimp and grits, brick oven mac & cheese, and more.
