Weekday Planner: Surly Tap Takeover, Lioco Wine Dinner, D'Noche Tequila Dinner

This week's planner is all about the booze, from a Surly beer tap takeover to a wine dinner at III Forks Prime Steakhouse and a tequila event at D'Noche. Cheers!

Surly Tap Takeover at Jake Melnick's Corner Tap

Surly Brewing Company takes the spotlight for a special evening at Jake Melnick's Corner Tap on July 16. Starting at 6:00 p.m., the popular River North watering hole taps into the "Surly 7," an event featuring exclusive tastes of Surly's 1349 Pale Ale, along with other Surly brews like 1349 Black Ale, Bitter Brewer, Cacao Bender, Pentagram, Furious and Overrated. For beer aficionados, this is the first chance to taste 1349 Pale Ale before it hits other bars in a couple weeks.
