Lunch service begins December 11 and runs Wednesdays through Sundays from 11:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m. The focus of lunch is on chicken and side combo plates, featuring two-piece fried chicken with corn muffin and honey butter. Or there's always the reliable fried chicken sandwich with candied jalapeño mayo and crunchy slaw with choice of side. For brunch, the restaurant is poised to roll out brunch-y specials on Saturdays and Sundays. Expect items such as breakfast sandwiches striated with fried eggs, fried chicken, kale, and bacon; and challah French toast with fried chicken and bourbon maple syrup.


Nestled deep within the Four Seasons, Allium is the perfect setting for a cozy holiday brunch. The restaurant is currently decked out with warm red tones, Christmas-y accoutrements, and a fountain brimming with jolly baubles. Dining at Allium during the month of December feels like dining inside a Christmas tree, but without all the prickly needles. And things get even merrier when you open your mouth for brunch punch, chicken fritters and waffles, smoked salmon baklava, bacon and onion buns French toast, and skirt steak and eggs.
