Let me just say there was nothing"wow" about this place. I did like the bao I got, they were overall tasty, but they didn't really taste like traditional bao I have had. The dumplings were good. Otherwise everything else was pretty awful. The soup was gross, the noodles were mushy and had 0 flavor. I was also not a fan of the meat. Their "famous" fried rice was probably the nastiest rice I have ever eaten. My bao's were also not labeled, so I was unable to figure out which was which without ripping then in half to look inside. If you go here, I suggest just getting the bao's. Nothing else was worth it.

My teenage daughters wanted to try this place while we were downtown. Nice variety of Bao buns. Would definitely try again.

The service was great! I visited 11/17 and got the breakfast bowl which I did not care for. To ne honest the picture of the breakfast bowl shows a sunny side up egg but they were scrambled and incredibly rubbery and bland. They were kind enough to exchange it for something else. Great service makes all the difference. Without it, my rating would have been 2 stars.

Order on the machine and wait a few minutes for your buns to be steamed. Order sweet or savory. All are delicious.

Zero Stars! Wow Bao should be ashamed. They give me a tablespoon worth of overcooked, bite size teriyaki chicken over a bed of mushy fried rice. I could have gotten better food from Panda Express at half the price. Don't waste your coins.

Love the food but the employees every time seem pretty miserable.. kinda expect you to know what you want and not ask questions.. I’ve never seen any of them even smile .. very quick but in a way that feels rushed. Love the iced coffee with tapioca though

Order from the tablet out front. 3 bag should work for a basic meal. Good variety. Atmosphere is kinda meh, but it's unique fast food.
