My experience was terrible even though I didn’t make it in. My girls and I who are all beautiful African American women by the way were looking for a club to get into because we were from out of state and had no idea what the clubs were like so this was our first one we chose. We had approached the gate and were informed that they were at capacity and that it was going to be a 30 min wait by someone in line. So, all my girls agreed that we could wait. Next thing I know, I see a Caucasian male rushing towards us rudely and highly disgusted by us and says “if you don’t have a reservation or with a party” that we weren’t getting in. We were all offended by how rude he was next thing I know he looks me up and down and frowns his face up and say you have on shower shoes no you’re not getting in( I did have on Gucci slides because I knew my feet would start hurting walking downtown but I had my heels in my hand. I’ve never experienced this in my 33 years of life on my bday. I was embarrassed and humiliated. I recommend if you’re are anything of color don’t even think about going here you’re not welcomed.

Obscene drink prices, vibe was weird, felt like it was a lounge more than a club, dancing not there, not much fun. Had good company, only caveat (and underground had nothing to do with that)

The lounge was nice! I liked the live music. My only issue was I got a non-alcoholic drink and they charged me the same amount as an alcoholic drink. Won’t be doing that again!

Very fun place to unwind with friends, family, or date! Great balance between an intimate, 1920s atmosphere in the lounge at the cocktail club with live performances and great drinks, while also having another side being the night club where the party energy is!!!

If you are looking for an elevated nightclub experience UG is the spot. A great looking crowd, music to match and overall good vibes. Bottle service is on point and highly recommended. One of my favorite spots that’s guaranteed a good time.
