Tuscany - Oakbrook

Reservations made weeks in advance. 7 of the 9 were there but they would not seat us until we were all there. We stated we would order drinks at the table, no we had to wait at the bar. We decided not to order at the bar, loss revenue for them. The other 2 for our party showed and they escorted us to the back, then apologized because our table was not ready we had to go back to the front and wait. Once we were finally seated and ordered one of the meals did not come out for 15 min after all meals were served. After we stated that we expected that meal to be free they agreed. Food is average at best and not worth the aggravation. This was the 2nd time here and the first time was not much different. Will not go back.

Food and atmosphere was absolutely amazing. Had a party of 7 and our server was absolutely phenomenal she was so attentive and took very good care of us. Me and my boyfriend are already looking to come back!

Visited here on mother's day, we where one of the 1st to arrive. $160 with tip. Both fish dishes was a bit over cooked potatoes where under done , ravioli was served at room temperature overall preparation of the meals was not impressive. The employee's are very friendly and personable along with a clean environment. Quite frankly would of enjoyed Olive Garden much more.

This was our first time here and it was absolutely OUTSTANDING in every way! My husband was in the restaurant business for 56 years (me only 26 years) so we have a little experience. We are bringing our good friends there next week and we can't wait. Did you ever look at a menu and couldn't decide because EVERYTHING on the menu was what you like? That's Lucca Osteria & Bar!!!

The fresh pasta! The appetizers! Tasty cocktails! It was my first time there and won't be my last. We had one of the special appetizers - thin sliced white fish, orange, lemon reduction, red onion, peppery micro greens, and a slightly spicy sauce that was perfection in the mouth. The ravioli were so good! I'm not sure what the mushrooms were but it was a perfect bite with the ravioli and brown butter sauce. I can't wait to go back!

This was our spot when it was Tuscany and it is even more wonderful now! Chef Claudio delivers the most refreshing and yummy Tuscan cuisine. The Il Cecio is one of my favorite appetizers--a take on chickpea salad. I personally love the spaghetti negri just like I had overseas. My dad really enjoyed the pappardelle bolognese--greay spice and zest. You really can't go wrong with anything you try! The service can be a bit slow on a Saturday night but well worth it. Definitely need a reservation or you will be sitting at the limited bar tables.

Absolutely delicious food and really friendly staff. The Snow Bird brought me back to my childhood in Jamaica. What a delicious and well thought out cocktail. They had the best burger I have had in years. My husband had the fettuccine that was served in a cheese wheel. That was spectacular! Thank you Fred for being so welcoming and friendly. We will be be back!

Wonderful ambience and a great selection of fine Italian food. The staff is superb at making you feel welcome and knowledgeable in everything from the wine to the daily specials. We can’t wait to go back.

Simply put, Lucca is the best Italian restaurant in the Chicagoland area. The food is excellent, the staff are courteous and professional, the owners are present and involved in the daily operations of the restaurant. The menu is plentiful, with many unique and delicious options to choose from. All with a beautiful modern and comfortable interior to boot. Guaranteed to impress!
