Dorrestein has been smitten with baking all her life, and upon touring Paris in 2002, she became motivated to embrace it as a career. And so Très Jolie Pâtisserie was born. Specializing in French pastries, Dorrestein runs an online ordering program that caters to sweets-lovers in all forms, from delicate nibbles to large events.
