Tesori - Chicago
Adjacent to Chicago Symphony Center and across the street from the Art Institute, Tesori highlights Mediterranean cuisine with a strong focus on Italian ingredients and French technique.
The restaurant is open for lunch, happy hour and dinner, with more options from which to choose on the latter menu. Diners will find hearty salads (add chicken, steak, grilled shrimp or pan-roasted salmon), prime steaks, house-made pastas and pizzas on the menu. It's seasonal, of course, so while most entrees remain on the menu permanently, their ingredients might change.
Pizzas are made in Tesori's brick oven and consist of wild mushroom, four cheese, pepperoni, margherita and prosciutto.
Its global wine list emphasizes quality and value, creative cocktails change seasonally; in season, enjoy al fresco seating on the terrace.
