Starbucks - Clark & Belmont

On october 26th at 1:25pm, I was refusedaccess to their bathroom, in violation of (410 ILCS 39/) Restroom Access Act. Even when this law was explained to the manager present, I was refused access. I will be complaining to corporate.

The staff was friendly and smiling. The cafe was clean and so was the staff. They have excellent team work.

The crew here makes all the difference. Friendly, fast, fun, personal and always in good spirits and with awesome vibe. The rest is a simply Starbucks.

came here with my very obviously femme friend and the cashier called her "sir." absolutely unbelievable at this location, where there are even multiple transgender pride decorations hanging on the walls. so so disappointed

3 different prices for the same drink.

Drinks are frequently made incorrectly. Never has oat milk, or sweet cream.

No restroom. After consuming a $5 so-so cocoa, discovering that I had to sprint across the street to visit the Target facilities wasn't exactly my cup of tea.

Staff were nice; however, the limited seating and being asked to move for window washing made working from here challenging.
