I am literally on this horrible ship as I write this review. This was the most awful experience of my entire life. Talk about unorganized! They told everyone to be at the pier and check in at 10:45 PM. So why did they board everyone at midnight, the time the cruise was supposed to start? Once we finally boarded, the line for a drink was two hours long. Only one bartender for hundreds of people. When you finally got your drink the cruise was over. No one was dancing because everyone was in line to get a drink. and they we’re waiting in line on the dance floor. If you want a great experience DO NOT choose this cruise. Getting a tooth pulled with no Novocain is a better experience than this horrible, tacky, unprofessional cruise.

Zero stars! Couldn’t be more Horrible. They say be ready in line by 10:45pm and we didn’t board until midnight. Then I and 50 ppl waited in line for an hour to get a drink. One bartender and incompetent staff. Finally I gave up and sat down and waited for the terrible cruise to end. Do not waste your time and money for this magnificent failure.

We had a group 65 graduating seniors and families. Our busses were late and we were going to miss the trip. They found a way to delay departure by 25 minutes and it meant the world to our kids. Thank you all so much for everything!
