Silver Palm - Chicago
Opened in 2003, adjoining The Matchbox, The Silver Palm restaurant and bar is housed in a 1947 Budd train dining car and named after the Atlantic Coast Line Railroad, now operated by Amtrak, which runs from Washington, D.C., to Miami. Menu items include a goat cheese and cranberry appetizer, tender baby back ribs, the "Southern Pacific Railways Double Ginger Duckling," the "Seaboard Airline Railroad Shrimp and Scallop Po' Boy" with Cajun remoulade and the "Three Little Pigs" sandwich.
