From the guys behind Dryhop comes this East Lakeview pizza destination pairing signature pies with craft beers made in-house. Roebuck's high-tech microbrewery, located behind the wood-fired pizza oven, cranks out craft beers created specifically to match the pizzas. Guests may only get these beers here.

There are nine Neapolitan-style, wild-fermented pizzas available, which include meat heavy and vegetarian styles. Choose from the likes of Margherita, marinara and Fungus Among Us for non-meat pies as well as Red Riding Hog and Bank Raaber for meat lovers.

There are also food-fired carrots, baked goat cheese and meatballs in a Calabrian tomato sauce on offer.

I’m not usually one to complain, but I think this deserves some attention so at least no one else has to receive an order like this. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich and it was completely inedible. For a $16 sandwich, I’d at least like to be able to eat it. I do not know how anyone can see chicken tenders that are charred to this extent and send it out. I’m a little shocked at the lack of attention to food quality. I do not think I will order from here again

Extremely underwhelming. Our first server took our food order and we mentioned we were interested in ordering drinks in a little bit. He did not return at all. A different employee dropped of our food, fried pickles and margherita pizza. The latter took an extremely long time to come out and was still slightly undercooked and doughy.

Very poor customer service. Tried multiple times thinking the server is just having a bad day. Today we left without ordering. She couldn’t even answer if they had lemonade. I had my 2 children with me. It was sad to see my children behave better then the “adult” server.

Great food but can be pretty slow if you're sitting outside. Happens anywhere, but I'd plan on Roebuck when you have some extra time to enjoy food and drinks just in case.

Got delivery and both pizzas tasted super burnt, like they were smoked for 2 weeks. The bitterness overwhelmed the taste and I had to throw away both of them, as they completely inedible. I added one star because I could tell that the pizzas were good underneath all that smoke/burn... Too bad.

Food is 5 stars. Little Green Men pizza is unique and delicious. Tasty fries and friends said burger and chicken sandwich were also good. Water was served warm though, which brought it down a star. Verdict - would go again.

Great Neapolitan pizzas--dough was light and fluffy; sauce and toppings were well paired! Little Green Men (mortadela + pistachio pesto) was a home run. Fungus Among Us (mushroom + lemon) was a banger.

Roebuck and Dry Hop Brewers are the same place essentially FYI. Roebuck is the restaurant, Dry Hop the beer. Pretzel and Pizzas were delicious and I was highly impressed by the beer as well. Would not hesitate to go back. Interior is bright and airy as the whole front of the building opens up. They also have quite a few tables on the street.

Pizzas were great. Freshest ingredients and great crust with smoke flavor. Only know is the size is a little small for slices.
