Signature dishes include tilapia Milanese with crunchy sesame-almond crust, parmesan-crusted grouper, Maine lobsters, Alaskan king crab legs, and Maryland lump crab cakes. Prime steaks, grass-fed veal, and chickens naturally raised on Amish family farms complete the menu, with produce obtained from local and organic suppliers when seasonality permits. The wine cellar is stocked with 200 wines from across the globe.
