Red Flame Pizzeria - Chicago
Opened in December 2010 in the Clybourn Corridor, Red Flame Pizzeria serves over 15 kinds of pizza, including The Big Mart (housemade sausage and pepperoni), The South Side (Italian beef with hot giardiniera and chili oil) and The Dakota (chicken, rosemary and sliced potato). Dough, sauce, sausage, Italian beef and giardiniera are made in-house with local ingredients. The wine list includes more than 500 bottles, all under $40.
