This family-owned eco-friendly restaurant is named with the Greek word for green. Prasino aims to provide healthy food at an affordable price in a modern, environmentally conscious setting, emphasizing seasonal, local, and organic food prepared in a kitchen designed to reduce energy and water use, incorporate recycling and use eco-friendly cleaning products.

We came at 10 minutes to closing and didn’t have high hopes for good food with the kitchen closing but we were pleasantly surprised. Katie was an awesome server. You would think she would be grumpy that we were coming in so close but she was happy and served us so well. All the food was extraordinary.

The restaurant has a good sized dining area. Service was very good. The noise level inside was good for conversation. The food came out really fast. I got the salad with lamb and beef. It was delicious and fresh.

We loved Kayla. She was very attentive, friendly, and efficient. The portions were large and delicious. Banana bread french toast was different and tasted great. Salmon was perfectly cooked. Hippie omelet is going to be my choice next visit. Looking forward to that.

Every drink and dish we got was great! The flatbreads make a good appetizer to share. Lobster ravioli was incredible! Classy but semi casual vibe, friendly service, reasonable prices, and a good variety on the menu.
