Lee is a rock star bar man... the best old fashions on the planet!!! Ribeye was amazing too!!!

Had a couples date night and we stopped here for some drinks. A very pleasant experience. Good vibes and probably one of the best Old Fashions I’ve ever had!

The chef is amazing. Bartenders are very knowledgeable. Upper and lower levels can accommodate a casual/intimate date night, graduation celebration, or business meeting.

Our guest liked the fried fish and my husband enjoyed Shrimp blt my chicken was ok. But the wait time for our meal was 40 minutes and we got charged for a main dish and side that were not ours. Waiters were attentive but the wait for food will keep us from returning

Delicious food! Air conditioning was delightful I had the cod but did not take a photo it was perfectly cooked and the sauce was delicious.

Saw an employee come out of the restaurant and dump a bucket of water on a homeless man in the street. How incredibly inhumane. This speaks volumes about this establishment.

I was pleased to see that Pippin was open at Chicago and Wabash. The space had been empty for a long time. My wife and I met there for dinner and walked in at 6 o'clock exactly as that is when parking became legal on Chicago. We were pleasantly greeted and seated at a high top table. Quickly, a waiter came to take our drink order although we told him that we were ready to order food as well. Seventeen minutes after we saw the waiter, we walked to the host and told him that we were leaving because it shouldn't take so long to pour some wine. His response other than offering to get us a drink was to ask if we knew the name of our waiter. The menu was obviously a shame as not one person around us was eating. The noise level was deafening even though on a Thursday evening it was only a third full. I will look forward to the next incarnation at that spot. Awful waiter, host and bar tender and no kitchen..... We walked down the street and had a great meal at Friends Station but that is a different review.

This place feels like your local neighborhood pub. It's dim inside and servers are in suits. There is not host at the entrance and you just find a seat by...

So this place is tiny but somehow it just works out for you to get a table. Everything is delish and unique. Great service. Be prepared to look around for parking and wait a bit in line but definitely worth it.
