"Now Called Il Porcellino" Rich Melman's sons R.J. and Jerrod had an instant hit with their first restaurant, HUB 51, and they repeat their success at this French-themed bar and casual restaurant that was once home to the iconic Brasserie Jo. They've downscaled the menu, made French food approachable with the help of partner Jean Joho (who was also former partner in Brasserie Jo), and it's basically an extension of HUB 51. Upper-level lounge Studio Paris is a massive space offering bottle service, deejay entertainment and a rooftop area. The restaurant underwent a remodel and slight re-concept in 2014 to emerge as Paris Club Bistro & Bar.
