Very friendly staff, I would rate our breakfast waiter for waiter of the year if I could.. Great place to eat as we stayed at the Millenium Knickerbocker..

okaIt's okay, the food is fine but it's too expensive, if your going to charge me 19 dollars for 1 waffle and two pieces of chicken :/ disappointed also the hot chocolate is great but no worth 4 dollars for one cup

To the greasy sob Gavino, you should be ashamed of how you present and run this restaurant. I highly recommend eating elsewhere because I was completely dismissed when I had a problem with my meal. The French toast was made on the smallest bread they could find and he did nothing to redeem it. “That’s our style” he says after I’d asked him for something else. I hope you understand that there are better people to spend your money with that will treat you better.

Pretty good breakfast. Small menu, but the options were good. I highly recommend the Chicken and Waffles. The only downside to my visit was that I never received a refill on my coffee.

Nice and clean little spot. Our burgers were great! I went back in the morning and had a stellar omelette. Overall great food. The staff were very friendly and tentative as well.

Unfortunately I had one of the worst services I ever had in the US here at the NIX. First, when I was ordering my food, the waiter interrupted and said in a very rude manner, "I don't understand," even though I was speaking normal English. Secondly, during my dining, the waiter never came by to see if I need water or anything. Last but not least, when I finally caught a chance to speak to one of the waiters and asked for my check (because no one was coming to see if I need any service), I had to wait for half an hour to finally get my check. Their coffee and pastry are even not good. I don't know if this is only to the Asian customers. The people sitting next to me, who are white, seemed to have had a normal dining experience.
