Nellcote - Chicago
The iconic French restaurant Marche is no longer, but in its place is Nellcôte, a nod to French culture past and present.
Helmed by Old Town Social Executive Chef Jared Van Camp, the stylish space's inspiration comes from the notorious 16-room mansion with the same name. The Rolling Stones recorded “Exile on Main Street” during the summer of 1971 at Villa Nellcôte, and diners will see the band's influence in the design.
Van Camp's affordable menu focuses on global accents (namely French, Italian and Spanish), but the highlight of his program is the country's first-ever, in-house flour milling program.
