Don’t sell a room when you don’t have parking to accommodate. Siliva at the front desk needs a lesson in customer service. She needs to remember people travel to stay here and making fun of someone because they don’t know the area and don’t want to walk 3 blocks to park isn’t her job, being courteous and showing hospitality is her job. While checking in I also heard several snarky remarks to guests by staff. If you can’t be nice get out of the hospitality business, period.

We had a great stay at Crown plaza!! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful Vernell, Brandon and Mary Ann made our stay excellent. We were always greeted with a smile and good laughs. The room was very clean and the beds were very comfortable. It was also a great location, close to anything you could need. Highly recommend!

Has a nice shuttle service and good clean rooms. Not really within walking distance of attractions but the shuttle kind of makes up for it. All in all, a nice place to stay. There is a restaurant in the hotel as well.

Room was small for the amount of $$ spent. No extra amenities and Restaurant was closed the whole four Days we of our stay. No Breakfast Lunch or Dinner. Glad the Convention was catered!! Parking was an expense all it's own. Cost was 40$ a day. Could have been included in the Price of the Small Room.

Kelsie and the rest of the front desk staff were great! Everyone was super friendly and helpful! It’s a convenient location to all the restaurants and shops in the West Loop. I would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a reasonably priced stay in a good location.

Don’t stay here. I normally have great experiences at IHG hotels, but this was exceptionally bad. They said we couldn’t get clean towels unless we reserved them 24 hours in advance. When I pointed how unreasonable that is when we are only staying for one day, they promised to get towels. The towels never came. Also, they charged me $180 in incidentals. I have no idea what these charges are for because we didn’t use parking or get food vouchers or anything. I have tried calling and emailing the hotel multiple times with no answer or response to my voicemails or emails. When someone finally answered, they said there is no record of the charges, but I can clearly see the charges on my bank statement. 🤷‍♂️ I know it is pointless to get a lawyer involved over such a small amount, but I don’t want anyone else to be bamboozled by these people. Please don’t stay here. Update: I woke up this morning and these crooks have made even more charges to my account. Still have not got any response from hotel management, but I did get an email telling me to wait 10 business days. I wonder how many charges I will have by that time.
