Considered the oldest family name in Chicago pizza, Lou Malnati's is as rich in history as its pizza is in flavor.

Lou Malnati got his start in the 1940's working in Chicago's first deep dish pizzeria. He took his pizza expertise to Lincolnwood, a northern suburb of Chicago, where he and his wife Jean opened the first Lou Malnati's Pizzeria on March 17, 1971. Lou was known for his fun-loving character as well as making Chicagoland's best pizza. Loyal patrons lined the streets on opening day for a taste of his delicious deep dish creations.

This is the best Lou's in the city low key. You can smell it from 3-4 blocks away. Fast, friendly and make the best wings and salads. I love you Lou!

I order from here occasionally and haven’t had any issues but tonight was ridiculous. I tried ordering online and it said it was closed for online orders. I assumed they were pretty busy with it being Valentine’s Day and ordered it on Doordash. After two hours of waiting, Doordash said it was completed. I called the store, and I will say that whoever handled the phone calls was phenomenal in fixing the issue. She informed me that they marked my order as confirmed on the tablet, but never put my order in the system and told me that they would be making it for me ASAP and added free cookies to the order, it would be about 35-40 minutes for it to be ready. After another hour of waiting, I called the store and asked what was going on with it. I was then told the driver was just leaving and would be there soon. Overall, it took me three hours to get my order. I totally get being busy, and the customer service over the phone when I initially called was right on, I probably won’t be ordering again for a long time.

Deep dish. Deep love. @loumalnatis you had me with your massive sausage... pizza Dinner total: $32 each Open: year round Seating: none Parking: off-street Order: 1 Chicago Classic and 1 Veggie. Pros: Blew my mind. Not just a sprinkle of sausage as a topping. NO. A WHOLE LAYER OF SWEET ITALIAN SAUSAGE PERFECTION. As a huge fan of sausage pizza, this is the best. I've. Ever. Had. Cons: They ship their pizza anywhere so what was supposed to be a fling can turn into a weekend reunion anytime you're in the mood.

I have always gotten the freshest pizza from Lou's! Whether I take it to go, or order delivery, it's piping hot with fresh ingredients! My driver reminds me to tip, but I wouldn't "not" tip him. I know gas is crazy and I appreciate the delivery. Thanks Lou's!

Pizza took over an hour to be done for pick up. They had told us 40 minutes so I went after 45 minutes and then they told me it would take another 20 minutes. I returned then and it took another 15 minutes. Pizza was good but they need to be better with timing.

So this is my 3rd time ordering here! My son & I love their deep dish pizza ( although we couldn't hardly taste the cheese on the 3rd one ) & some of the staff are super friendly " I've had deep dish in so many other places & this one is the best by far, cheese bread is not all that. we will definitely make Lou Malnati's our go to place for pizza for now on😉

First time getting deep dish in Chicago and was told to give this place a go even though it was a chain. It wasn’t bad but nothing that blew my socks off. Staff was very friendly. One thing that was odd, was that they ran out of pepperoni. Probably the most popular ingredient and they ran out of it. Supply chain issues I guess.
