I ordered the bucket of pork tips, fries, coleslaw, and 4 corn muffins. When I called the order in, I asked if they could chop my ribs up real good and I also asked if they could put sauce on my fries. When I got there I asked again if they could make sure it's sauce on my fries and I also asked if they could chop my ribs up....when I received my order I asked the cashier once again was there sauce on my fries.she looked in my bag and did something ..but long story short when I got home there was NO SAUCE ON MY FRIES AND MY RIBS WERE NOT CHOPPED. I WAS SO IRRITATED!!!?AFTER I SPENT 60$ I COULDN'T GET WHAT I REQUESTED. I DIDN'T EVEN CALL THEM WHEN I GOT HOME I JUST SAID I'LL NEVER ORDER FROM HERE AGAIN IM SO Disappointed

I visited this restaurant on 11/15/22 after speaking with a young lady on the phone about a catering order for thanksgiving. The young lady told me to come in and speak with the owner about prices for larger packages than they offered. I can’t remember her name but she offered me amazing help the previous morning when I called. I would love to give HER 5 stars! I’m giving 4 stars because of the bald head man which I’m assuming is the owner and the skinny chick that works at night. I’m not sure if they are in a relationship or not but when a customer comes in we don’t need to be standing here waiting to be acknowledged because those two want to stand there and talk about other things. I informed the tall skinny chick on why I was there and who I needed to speak to and she walked away and began talking to someone else again. Then the bald man came over and asked me had I been taken care of and I told him no yet he didn’t help me either. I wish I had gotten there before the other young lady that works in the morning left. If you want real help I suggest going into that restaurant before 5pm or you’re just wasting your time.

While visiting the city, I wanted to go to BBQ place for lunch. I called this Kenny’s restaurant thinking that it was the other one that was closer to me. The woman on the other end of the phone was sooooo helpful and understanding, because…. I’m not from Chicago… I didn’t know exactly which one to go to until she cleared it up for me. She was very helpful to make sure where my hotel was located was worth the drive to her store versus the other, due to my tight schedule for my visit. I really appreciate her for having the time to help me because I know it was busy as helllll in there during lunch time! But she handled the call so beautifully! Thank you so much!

Ordered rib tips but got spare ribs cut in slices. 14 tips for about 18 dollars. Not seasoned, no flavors, sauce is very oily and greesy. Fries eere hot all 16 of them.

The ONLY reason I’m giving this restaurant 4 stars is strictly for the cashier. The young lady with the glasses was so patient with me, I told her this was my first time being in this location and she told me to take my time. She walked away to complete other orders I’m assuming. And then a bald head man walked to the window and asked me was I ready to order yet or was I just going to stand there, very rude. I told him I’m still looking and he turned and walked off. The young lady with the glasses came back and took my order while explaining things to me about the menu. She took her time and even when I wasn’t able to understand why the bald man was so rude to me, she apologized and thanked me for coming in. I see a few bad reviews but maybe everyday isn’t a good day, especially if she has to work with that rude man. The food was amazing. I’ll be back but hopefully she’s there and not him.
