The menu is diverse and the staff is friendly and fast. We let the sushi chef decide our meal. We had 4 courses of amazing food. The fish is fresh and extremely well prepared. You must try this place!

I can't believe no one here has rated this place yet. I have been going here since right after it opened when it used to be on Clark. Some of the same waitresses and sushi chefs whom were working in th 80's are still here! I have never had a bad dish and I eat both raw and cooked. Family favorites are the mushroom appetizer in a pot, the salt-and-peppered smelt, and their mackerel teriyaki. raw items always fresh too, I wouldn't trust some of this stuff anywhere but here!

AMAZING sushi! Fresh and delicious! Lots of Japanese people go here, which I take as a sign of great, authentic food. Waitstaff is awesome. Our food took longer than usual because it was so busy (went on a Friday night), and they continued to apologize and gave us a complimentary cucumber salad! Love this place!
