Love this place!! Super spacious seating area and delicious, affordable menu. It's the best place to work in Wicker Park. The best seats are by the windows in the front; toward the back it can be pretty dark. There are a few drink items I wish they had, but their iced coffee is good and their breakfast sandwiches are excellent.

Filter has a great atmosphere, good coffee and tea, and decent food options. Their art displays are almost always interesting. They also play good music. Staff is usually overworked and on edge, but they tend to be very friendly. Busy place with few good seating options usually by mid afternoon. Would definitely recommend getting in early if you can. Also, a good place for studying.

AWESOME! Really cool little spot. The food menu is very diverse, great drinks with a large selection as well. They have comfortable seating and good music. Overall just an excellent environment to get some work done and/or study. I will definitely be frequenting this place from now on.
