If I could give 0 stars I would. When my errands were completed was ready to eat something, but did not want to dine in. Decided to get a carry out at Emerald Loop and Grill. Went on line to place a carry out order. Had not eaten there since before the pandemic, the website was raving about some new food items and the Tuna Taco was one of them. Never tried a Tuna Tarco, so decided to order that alone with a house salad. When arriving home to dive into my dinner and was totally disappointed. The description stated the shells would be fried, only to find out they were not, the large hard shells which were empty with a very skimpy amount of toppings, lettuce, carrots, but no Tuna or sauce. I am furious, because this was suppose to be my dinner. I couldn't eat a dry shell with nothing inside. The salad was decent, but I wanted to try Tuna Taco. I immediately got on the phone and called the restaurant hoping to speak with the manager, but was brushed off stating he could not be found. The restaurant is not that large that he could not be located. I left my name and phone# was told he would get back with me. He has yet to make contact with me. I hate that I discarded the empty shells before I wrote this review. Take heed, never place a carry out order with Emerald Loop because more than likely you will not get what you pay for. I will never frequent that restaurant or place a carry out order never again. Money and tip wasted.
