Eden - Chicago
Respected Chicago caterer Paramount Events has expanded its services to offer a fully operational restaurant in the West Lake District, which is a few blocks shy of the West Loop. It's also a five-minute drive to United Center.
Eden boasts a seasonal menu format, therefore, the offerings change often. What you can count on sticking around are the likes of umami doughnuts filled with braised strip loin and raclette; wedge salad topped with grilled pork belly; and signature braised duck lasagna.
The menus are seasonal because Executive Chef/partner Devon Quinn gets most produce from farmers or his own garden, which is located behind Eden. Here, he's growing vegetables as well as herbs, items, he says, that are rare to find in Chicago.
There's also a separate bar menu where patrons may order snacks, burgers and a host of alcoholic beverages.
