Dylan's Candy Bar

Chicago gets a major dose of sugar with the opening of this New York City-based candy wonderland. Since opening in 2001 with its first location, founder Dylan Lauren has been on a mission to bring colorful, nostalgic and innovative sweets to people of all ages, all over the world. The inaugural Chicago location, located on the Magnificent Mile by the historic Tribune Tower, is a wonderland filled with treats, candy-infused cocktails, sundaes and much more. The shop features two floors, each one loaded with confections of all colors, shapes and sizes. There's a designated nostalgic candy room in the rear of the first floor, loaded up with candy bars and gummies from yesteryear. Candy-inspired apparel and accessories are also available. The bar and cafe in front boasts a full food menu, drinks and composed desserts, along with an ice cream counter.
