My car was towed here only 2 hours after I had paid for 12 hour parking. They claimed to have towed it for being parked in a reserved spot, but all spots in the lot are marked as “reserved” with a description to include your receipt on dashboard, which I did. The pay box does not allow you to select a spot number & the receipt does not provide a spot number. Absolute phishing scheme for money, towed at least 5 cars within an hour or 2 for the same reason. Towing company contact information was not available on any signs (old towing service was CROSSED OUT IN SHARPIE). The parking lot’s phone number went to voicemail each time I tried to call to find where my car was towed to. WOULD NOT PARK HERE EVER AGAIN! Demanding my money is reimbursed!
