What's old is new all over again as the Rosebud Restaurant Group introduces its legendary Italian restaurant to a new generation. Part of the revival of the 1990s spot is the return of original chef, Joe Farina.
He's brought back signature Centro dishes such as cavatelli al forno and square noodles, but also look for new features like meatballs in white bean-escarole sauce, fettuccine Alfredo with Alaskan king crab and an assortment of Milanese chops.
