There's only one oven--and only one guy in charge of making the pizzas. That's likely part of the charm that once brought famed food enthusiast Anthony Bourdain around these parts. There are several booths for dining.
Burt's Place's caramelized-crust pan pizzas come in 10-, 12-, 14-, 16- and 18-inch sizes. Toppings available include sausage, pepperoni, mushrooms, onions, black and green olives, garlic, spinach, fresh sliced tomatoes, bell peppers, banana peppers and jalapenos.
You can also get garlic bread (with or without cheese), small and large salads, onion rings, jalapeno poppers and mozzarella sticks.
Wine, beer and soft drinks are on the menu, and during summer, a small patio is open for customers.
