Founded by Executive Chef, Joe Sukjam and entrepreneur Jai Sephora, the two had a vision to create a fine dining quality seafood destination. There was a lack of selection when it came to "BYOB" options with world class cuisine in Chicago, Blu 57 is the answer to that call. Chef Sukjam, has taken his experience as a premier hotel and resort chef and created an elite selection of recipes from land and sea.
