This take home favorite did not disappoint in person. Located in Navy Pier, across from the lake giving you both a tasty treat and lovely view. Service was quick and kind. We loved being able to get ice cream for the family in this unique setting.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Prices were very good for the high quality ice cream I received. Will be back.

Delicious ice cream and even better service! My son is dairy intolerant and the Irish girls went above and beyond to ensure he was catered for. We’ll be back.

My daughter has a nut allergy. She asked the server to use a clean scooper and to scoop ice cream where there was no cross contamination. Every ice cream shop we've ever been to has been kind enough to accommodate. The server at Ben & Jerry's said she would not and that my daughter would be fine. Needless to say, we walked out.

Was at Navy Pier to watch the fireworks tonight. Love all the young ladies from Ireland working the counter at B&J’s!! Hope you enjoy Chicago this summer and that you earn good tips! Cheers…

I ordered a Berry Mango smoothie. Taste very good and gave me energy with real fruits. We walk around Navy Pier while drinking this smoothie.

Living in Chicago, I know there are so many better places to get ice cre.than this place. Dirty, and unsanitary I'm my opinion. Yuck.

This is my favorite spot! The staff is always amazing every time I come here! The ice cream and brownies are always spot on! Definitely recommend this place to everybody who loves ice cream and nice quick service 😊
