I’m sure the place was great when it was open however the place is completely closed and from talking to the staff of the hotel it’s in the place isn’t likely to open.

Absolutely our favorite pizza in Chicago. We went there for many years and they have now moved around the corner. Still the same great pizza! John is a great restaurateur! Highly recommend anything on the menu!

I have traveled all over this country and trust me when I say there is no better pizza place anywhere!! Absolutely hands down the best we've ever had and they have the most phenomenal service!! You won't be disappointed!! I guarantee it!!

Great pizza, however our service was horrible!! It took 35 minutes after we were seated to have our order taken. A table seated after us had their order and gone before we even got our appetizer. Our appetizer took 30 minutes after we ordered. Our waiter said, sorry they gave your garlic bread to another table. Finally our pizzas arrives!! 1 hour and 25 minutes after being seated! We got the Bacinos special deep dish pizza.....we ordered deep dish sausage pizza!!! Really??? Comped our garlic bread and gave us a beer...We eat out a lot and have never experienced such horrible hospitality. We shouldn't have been charged full price for pizza we didn't order! This was one of my favorite places for pizza in Chicago! I'm thinking I will definitely find another place to enjoy pizza when visiting Chicago!
